Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end production and delivery of a large-scale content portfolio.
  • Build and manage a global network of production partners, agencies, and creative talent.
  • Drive adoption and optimization of AI-powered production workflows.
  • Establish quality benchmarks across content development, production, and post-production.
  • Partner with technology teams to develop and improve creative production tools.
  • Leverage audience insights and performance data to enhance content engagement and retention.
  • Oversee studio operations, budgeting, resource allocation, and production governance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to support content launches and acquisition initiatives.
  • Manage IP pipelines, content greenlighting, rights management, and localization efforts.
  • Develop scalable operating processes, performance metrics, and production efficiencies.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of leadership experience across content production, media, entertainment, OTT, film, television, or digital content environments.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume production operations and multi-stakeholder ecosystems.
  • Mandatory to have strong understanding of AI-driven content creation and emerging production technologies.
  • Ability to balance creative excellence with operational rigor and commercial performance.
  • Experience leading large teams, external partners, budgets, and complex production schedules.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to utilize audience and performance data for decision-making.
  • Demonstrated success operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
