Job Description

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management & articulation (non-negotiable)
  • Experience in KYC/ investor due diligence & governance, including questionnaire management
  • Exposure to entity management- board/committee management & cross-border coordination
  • Strong documentation, writing, negotiation skills & high attention to detail

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Secretary should have:

  • CS or equivalent qualification with 3-6 yrs PQE
  • Experience in corporate governance, KYC & entity management
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
