Job Description

The Successful Applicant

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred, with a strong academic background.
  • Proven experience in operations leadership within fintech, financial services, or technology-driven businesses.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling organizations and driving operational excellence.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
  • Experience leading change management and building high-performing teams.
