Job Description

1. Content Strategy, Distribution & Virality



  • Our client expects ownership of the content distribution strategy, ensuring every asset is repurposed and amplified across relevant organic channels.


  • The role will focus on engineering content for virality by analysing trends and crafting strong hooks, headlines, and formats that drive engagement and sharing.


  • The Content Marketer will manage the editorial calendar and produce long-form content including blogs, pillar pages, and technical articles.


  • Content will be structured with on-page SEO best practices to drive high-intent organic traffic and maximise leads per article.



2. Email Marketing & Nurture Flows



  • The role involves writing and architecting lifecycle email journeys with thoughtful segmentation and flow logic.


  • The Content Marketer will develop strategies to engage and warm cold or dormant leads using human, conversion-focused copy.


  • Funnel performance will be monitored using CRM timestamps to identify bottlenecks and improve lead-to-MQL velocity through content interventions.



3. Integrated Campaign Architecture



  • Our client expects close alignment between organic and paid messaging, ensuring consistency across social content, email communication, and landing pages.


  • The role will support attribution accuracy through proper UTM tagging and CRM data hygiene to measure organic impact effectively.



4. Paid Media Collaboration (Creative Focus)



  • The Content Marketer will collaborate with paid marketing stakeholders by supplying ad copy, creative angles, and campaign narratives.


  • Ownership of landing page copy and post-click messaging is required, with a strong focus on conversion rates, CPL, and ROAS.



5. Community Growth & Engagement



  • The role includes driving acquisition and activation for a developer-focused community through experiments and content-led initiatives.


  • Responsibilities also include day-to-day moderation, hosting recurring engagement activities such as AMAs, and fostering discussions that convert community members into product users.

The Successful Applicant



  • Our client requires exceptional writing skills across blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and outbound content.


  • Strong understanding of content distribution and social platform algorithms, with the ability to repurpose a single asset across multiple channels.


  • 3-5+ years of experience in content marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing roles.


  • Comfort with analytics tools and CRM platforms to track user journeys from anonymous visitor to qualified lead.


  • Solid grasp of campaign logic, including segmentation, exclusion strategies, and funnel mapping.
