You will independently design and execute your market development strategy, aligned with global business objectives.You will be responsible for building and growing your own client and candidate ecosystem through strategic networking, targeted business development initiatives, and sustained commercial engagement. This includes identifying client needs, sourcing and evaluating talent, and presenting the most relevant candidates while advising both clients and candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, partnering closely with CHROs, CEOs, and functional leaders to understand, anticipate, and shape their human capital requirements. As a consultative business partner, you will support organisations in defining their growth plans, workforce strategy, and hiring roadmap.Through consistent delivery, market insight, and strong stakeholder relationships, you will establish yourself as a recognised expert and reference point in your market, while driving ambitious business development and revenue growth objectives.The Successful ApplicantThe successful applicant will possess an MBA from a Tier‑1 or Tier‑2 institute, coupled with a strong foundation in B2B sales and commercial consulting.
