Job Description

1. Strategy Formulation, Planning & DeploymentProvide strategic insights and recommendations to shape both short-term and long-term functional priorities. Develop comprehensive 3-year, annual, and short-term plans aligned with organizational objectives, and ensure their effective execution to drive desired business outcomes and sustainable growth.

Policy Formulation (Processes & Guidelines)Drive the development of new policies and the enhancement of existing policies by leveraging industry best practices, market insights, organizational requirements, and employee feedback. Support policy governance mechanisms and provide change management guidance to ensure successful adoption and implementation.

.3. Research, Benchmarking and HR Advisory SolutionsConduct research and develop thought leadership on key HR initiatives to maximize business, employee, and client impact. Design and recommend cross-functional HR solutions, secure leadership buy-in, and guide implementation efforts to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and business priorities.

.4. HR Systems, Processes & Operations ManagementManage and optimize HR processes, systems, and operational activities across the organization. Ensure effective budget utilization while driving process efficiency and effectiveness through periodic reviews, stakeholder feedback, and benchmarking. Establish performance standards and dashboards to monitor operational excellence and continuous improvement.

.5. HR Analytics, Metrics & ReportingLead the development of meaningful analytics frameworks and dashboards that provide visibility into key leading and lagging indicators. Utilize advanced analytical insights from multiple data sources to identify trends, generate actionable recommendations, and support informed business and workforce decisions.

Knowledge Management and HR Capability BuildingStrengthen organizational HR capabilities through effective knowledge management, structured learning initiatives, and cross-functional exposure opportunities. Facilitate knowledge sharing, capability development, and continuous learning to ensure teams are equipped to meet evolving business requirements.

.7. Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners by understanding their needs, enhancing feedback mechanisms, and providing tailored support. Serve as a trusted advisor by leveraging market trends, organizational insights, and data-driven recommendations to address stakeholder challenges effectively.

.8. Vendor Relationship ManagementDevelop and manage strategic partnerships with external vendors to enhance organizational capabilities and support business objectives. Implement robust vendor performance management practices, ensure alignment with organizational priorities, and oversee vendor engagements in compliance with established policies and procedures.

.9. Employer Branding & PositioningSupport the enhancement of the organization's employer brand by promoting best practices and success stories through industry forums, surveys, studies, and professional networks. Strengthen the employee value proposition, provide strategic insights to HR leadership, and oversee key branding initiatives, including awards and recognition programs.

.10. Function-Specific InitiativesLead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of specialized initiatives within the function by leveraging deep subject matter expertise. Ensure successful execution and achievement of defined outcomes through effective planning, stakeholder engagement, and performance monitoring.

Audits & ComplianceEnsure adherence to organizational policies, processes, and applicable regulatory requirements through robust audit mechanisms, governance practices, and awareness initiatives. Monitor compliance standards and proactively address risks to maintain operational integrity and regulatory alignment.

.12. Talent ManagementFoster a high-performance and merit-based culture by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing feedback and coaching, and recognizing achievements appropriately. Drive employee engagement, retention, and career development through structured talent management, succession planning, and capability-building initiatives aligned with individual aspirations and business needs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate in this role meets the following criteria-

  • Exposure to designing C&B Frameworks for North America locations.
  • Experience in designing Benefits, Pay & Reward strategies.
  • Knowledge of local Compliance and Labour Laws, for different countries.
