Job Description

  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies in alignment with industry standards.
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive pay structures and benefits offerings.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to design performance-based reward systems.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and labor laws in all compensation and benefits programs.
  • Manage the annual salary review process and bonus distribution plans.
  • Analyze compensation trends within the transport and distribution industry to recommend adjustments.
  • Provide guidance and training to HR teams and managers on compensation policies and practices.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on compensation and benefits data.

The Successful Applicant

A successful C&B Manager should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in compensation and benefits management within the transport and distribution industry.
  • Knowledge of third-party logistics operations and their specific HR requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills for market benchmarking and data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and labor laws in the Pune region.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools for managing compensation and benefits programs.
