Job Description

  • Act as a trusted HR partner to Commercial and Corporate leaders, advising on organisation effectiveness, performance management.
  • Own the Country Talent Management agenda (excluding Talent Acquisition), including talent reviews, succession planning, high potential development, and leadership capability building
  • Serve as the Country DEI champion, driving inclusion initiatives aligned to regional priorities
  • Liaise closely with the Regional Commercial HR Partner and support rollout of regional and global HR initiatives
  • Translate employee life cycle data to insights for action

The Successful Applicant

An ideal candidate should have:

  • A strong educational background in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent management and HR business partnering.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive HR initiatives effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to leverage HR data for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across teams.
