Job Description

  • Lead architectural planning and master planning for commercial, retail, and mixed-use developments.
  • Develop zoning, circulation, retail, and workplace planning strategies that maximise asset value.
  • Partner with leasing teams to create tenant-centric and commercially viable design solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end architectural delivery from concept design through project handover.
  • Coordinate with external architects, design firms, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Review architectural designs, working drawings, and GFC documentation.
  • Oversee construction-stage design implementation, technical reviews, and site inspections.
  • Drive value engineering initiatives to improve feasibility and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, fire & life safety standards, and building codes.
  • Support tenant fit-outs, stakeholder alignment, and successful project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • 15 to 20+ years of experience within commercial real estate development.
  • Strong exposure to commercial office, retail, business parks, IT parks, and mixed-use projects.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale design management and project execution assignments.
  • Strong expertise in master planning, workplace planning, commercial interiors, and tenant fit-outs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and consultant coordination capabilities.
  • Sound understanding of NBC, building regulations, approvals, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.
  • Commercially astute with the ability to balance design excellence, functionality, cost, and timelines.
