They operate globally and are dedicated to staying at the forefront of technological advancements.Job DescriptionMAIN TASKS* Technical chief will be managing a team of engineers* The role involves managing technical escalations, overseeing shift operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs, and driving cross-functionality* The person will act as the technical authority for Packaging & Tools infrastructure, mentor team members, and ensure effective communication between clients, internal teams, and management.KEY ACTIVITIES & TASKS* Look over daily operations across production and non-production environments.* Manage and mentor a team of assistant engineers, providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and career development.* Oversee shift schedules, work allocation, and ticket prioritization to ensure 24x7 operational continuity.* Handle L3-level troubleshooting for complex incidents.* Engage with other technology towers to resolve cross-domain technical issues.* Look over high-severity (P1/P2) incident calls, communicate action plans, and ensure timely restoration of services.* Manage capacity planning and performance optimization.* Implement system upgrades, patching, and infrastructure improvements in compliance with IT policies.* Maintain accurate documentation including standard operating procedures (SOPs), RCA reports, and configuration details.* Prepare shift reports, operational dashboards, and performance summaries for management and clients.* Participate in client meetings, service reviews, and governance discussions.* Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on automation, efficiency, and service quality.PROFILE REQUIREMENTSTechnical Skills* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.▪ 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure▪ Experience multi-site or international is highly desirable.▪ Experience in complex environment▪ Troubleshooting , RCA▪ Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft EntraID and AD▪ Good knowledge with Microsoft MGraph▪ Good experience in scripting with PowerShell, Bash▪ Good knowledge of Endpoint Security and compliance▪ Good knowledge on Operating System like Win365, Windows Enterprise and LTSC, iOS, Android▪ Proven track record in core skills for Packaging & Tool Windows PSappDeployCertification :▪ MD-102 is a plus▪ Strong experience in scripting with PowerShell, Bash▪ Strong experience with packaging on Intune for Windows and MacOS▪ Packaging on Tanium is a strong plus▪ Strong experience with application deployment on Intune▪ Basic knowledge and experience with Microsoft HyperV▪ Proven ability to take over, motivate and develop Teams▪ Strong organization and communication skillsProfessional Skills▪ Ability to work effectively with people in different zones/cultures▪ Able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously▪ Critical mindset, able to resolve conflicts and work under pressure▪ Comfortable working in
