He/she will report directly to the India Tech Hub - Cloud & Managed Apps Domain Lead. He/she, is responsible for overall Build and RUN teams support expertise for Tower Cloud Foundations. He/she will be part of Global Cloud Governance.

Job Description

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

* Strong Coordination with Global Tower Lead Cloud Foundations to ensure to be aligned with global strategy and roadmap.

* Overall Build and RUN teams support expertise for his Tower

* Cloud, System, Backup, Hybrid Global strategy applied to service lines for his Tower

* Shift management and ensure incident resolution

* Change management

* Interface with supplier to ensure RUN activities (L1.5, L2, L3)

* Coordination with Tech Lead to ensure that Build solutions and RUN are properly implemented according to gobal rules

* Identification and execution of improvement plan aligned with Global Tower Lead Cloud Foundations

The Successful Applicant

A successful Cloud & Managed Apps - Tech Lead Cloud Design and IAC should have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, with at least 4 years in a leadership rôle (50+ people internal and supplier resources)
  • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) tools (ServiceNow) and methodologies
  • Experience in international teams is highly desirable
  • Proven track record managing hybrid environments: Azure, AWS, Windows, Linux, and Enterprise Backup/DR strategies (e.g Commvault)
  • Certifications: Cloud certifications (good to have)
