Job Description

  • Architect and evolve high-scale distributed systems (microservices, event-driven architecture)
  • Design cloud infrastructure from first principles
  • Build and standardize platform layers (CI/CD, observability, IaC)
  • Solve complex challenges like:
    • Scaling systems 10x without re-architecture
    • Optimizing infrastructure costs
    • Designing multi-tenant AI systems
  • Define best practices for reliability, security, and performance
  • Collaborate with product & engineering to translate requirements into scalable designs
  • Mentor engineers and influence technical direction

The Successful Applicant

A successful Cloud Architect - Puller should have:

  • 8-12 years of experience in distributed/backend systems
  • Strong expertise in AWS / GCP / Azure
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Microservices and API-driven architectures
  • Kubernetes / container orchestration
  • Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • Strong system design & architecture fundamentals
  • Experience building production-scale systems
