Job Description

  • Define and execute the organisation's information security strategy and long-term roadmap.
  • Lead Security Operations, Application Security, Cloud Security, and Governance, Risk and Compliance programmes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, including PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, RBI guidelines, and the DPDP Act.
  • Drive secure software development practices, DevSecOps adoption, vulnerability management, and security-by-design principles.
  • Establish and oversee incident response, threat monitoring, and security operations capabilities.
  • Strengthen cloud security controls, identity and access management frameworks, and third-party risk management practices.
  • Partner with executive leadership to identify, assess, and mitigate enterprise security risks.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing information security team.
  • Foster a strong security-first culture across the organisation through awareness and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in Information Security, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise across Application Security, Cloud Security (AWS), Security Operations, IAM, DevSecOps, and Governance, Risk and Compliance.
  • Proven experience developing and executing enterprise security strategies.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and security frameworks including PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, RBI guidelines, and data privacy regulations.
  • Experience within fintech, payments, banking, or SaaS environments preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or AWS Security would be helpful.
