This is a strategic leadership role with end-to-end ownership of the people agenda.This position is based in Gurugram and requires expertise in HR leadership to drive innovation and efficiency.

Job Description

  • Define and drive the overall people and culture strategy aligned with business goals
  • Build a high-performance, founder-led culture across academic and non-academic teams
  • Lead organization design, workforce planning, and leadership hiring
  • Establish best-in-class performance management and rewards frameworks
  • Strengthen employer branding and talent attraction in a competitive market
  • Drive leadership development, succession planning, and capability building
  • Anchor employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives
  • Act as a strategic partner to founders and leadership team

The Successful Applicant

A successful applicant should have:

  • A postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from top-tier institutions.
  • 12-15+ years of HR leadership experience, with exposure to high-growth/startup environments
  • Proven track record in building HR functions from scale or transformation phases
  • Strong business acumen and ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Experience working closely with founders or CXO teams
  • Ability to manage diverse talent pools (corporate, academic, creative, early-career)
