  • Head HR function in a business-aligned role, working closely with the Founders.
  • Build the HR function with business point of view, while understanding P&L.

The client is a a Startup that integrates the processes of R&D and manufacturing. They have partnered with a large global network of contract manufacturers.

Job Description

  • Be responsible for building and strengthening the HR function with a clear business-first mindset.
  • Develop & implement HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership on organisational goals.
  • Manage the HR team, while taking care of HR Business Partnering, People Operations and Talent Strategy.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate in this role meets the following criteria-

  • 15+ years of experience
  • Should be business-aligned and have an understanding of P&L management
  • Experience in HR leadership role in a Startup
  • Knowledge of HR practices in Manufacturing setup
