As the CHRO, you'll head the HR function, focusing on people strategies and organisational development. You will handle both Corporate HR and Factory HR.
  • Head the HR function, working closely with a CoFounder, for a multi-city setup
  • Be a part of executive leadership, while interfacing with the Board Members

The client is a fast-growing startup in the Dairy Product Manufacturing sector. They are an FMCG company playing in a niche market.

Job Description

  • Oversee Factory HR & IR.
  • Handle Contract Workforce Management.
  • Oversee Corporate HR, including Culture, Performance, PMS, Succession Planning, C&B, HRBP, L&D and TA.
  • Design the Org Structure.
  • Lead a large team of 16 folks spread across different cities.
  • Be a part of executive leadership, answerable to the Board Members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate in this role meets the following criteria-

  • 10-15 years of experience, preferably from manufacturing background
  • Expertise in both Corporate HR and Plant HR
  • Experience handling s large team spread across different cities
  • Open for frequent travel to multiple cities across India
