The Successful Applicant

  • MBA from a Tier 1 institute (IIT/IIM/ISB or equivalent).
  • 6-8 years of post-MBA experience, preferably in strategy consulting, private equity, or corporate strategy roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial services, asset-backed businesses, or adjacent sectors (leasing, lending, real estate).
