We are looking for a high-agency Chief of Staff to work closely with the founder and help scale the GTM function. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, driving execution, working with data, and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, analytical, and thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

Job Description

  • Partner directly with the founder on strategic GTM initiatives.
  • Drive execution of key business priorities across sales, marketing, partnerships, and operations.
  • Analyze business metrics, identify growth opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Own special projects from ideation to implementation.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and operating cadences.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of business goals.
  • Solve ambiguous business challenges and create structured solutions.
  • Support process optimization and operational scalability.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5 years of professional experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Exceptional ownership mindset and execution skills.
  • Comfortable working with data and deriving actionable insights.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate from IIT, BITS, IIM, or ISB.
  • Candidates who have held leadership positions or coordinated large-scale college events/fests are highly preferred.
