The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will own and drive the company's revenue growth agenda across enterprise sales, customer success, partnerships, and revenue operations. Reporting to the CEO, the CRO will build scalable go-to-market strategies, deliver predictable revenue growth, and strengthen strategic customer relationships.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute the company's revenue growth strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Own revenue performance including bookings, pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, and target achievement.
  • Lead and scale Enterprise Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Account Management, and Revenue Operations functions.
  • Drive acquisition of large enterprise accounts and build executive-level customer relationships.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to optimize go-to-market effectiveness and customer journey.
  • Enhance customer retention, expansion, and up-sell opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Establish data-driven revenue operations, forecasting models, performance dashboards, and scalable sales processes.
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor high-performing commercial teams while fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
  • Build strategic alliances and partner ecosystems to expand market reach and create new revenue opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of progressive enterprise sales leadership experience, including senior revenue leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of scaling revenues and delivering sustained growth in B2B Technology, SaaS, IT Services, EdTech, FinTech, or Enterprise Solutions environments.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise sales, strategic account management, and complex deal negotiations.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing, geographically distributed commercial teams.
  • Deep understanding of revenue operations, forecasting, sales performance management, and CRM platforms.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive strategic business decisions.
  • Experience in Learning & Development, EdTech, Learning Technologies, AI, or Digital Transformation businesses is highly preferred.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification preferred.
