The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Strong knowledge of housing finance regulations and credit risk
  • Proven track record in scaling business operations in a HFC
  • Digital-first mindset
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • 18-25 years in BFSI, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles in affordable housing finance
  • Need extensive experience in secured (by property) mortgage business with Average ticket size of 8-12 lac.
  • Deep understanding of affordable housing finance, with proven ability to deliver business from customers with informal income profile
