CFO

Banking, Insurance and Finance:

* Responsible for end-to-end Banking and Finance/Treasury matters.

* Management of Investments and Debts (including fund planning, control, and reporting).

* Careful and detailed control on the Working Capital needs. Designing and execution of pathways required to meet the planned numbers.

* Supervision and review of collection performance and litigation with Customers.

* Managing the insurance portfolio ensuring Nil surprises.

* Effective and Cordial relationship with Banks and Insurance companies.

Financial reporting, Cost excellence, Payments:

* Control and review of Financial Statements with an objective of 100% accuracy, meeting timelines and right disclosures.

* Ensuring maintenance of day-to-day accounting hygiene.

* Review and approval of payments to vendors, employees, government authorities, etc ensuring timelines and accuracy.

* Effective control on Payroll process.

* Timely reconciliation and balance confirmation of all Trial Balance items.

* Approving creation and modification of master data in ERP software.

* Review and Approval of Purchase and Service orders as decided from time to time.

* Look at all opportunities of Cost and cash flow optimization through extensive work with all functions and scanning external environment.

* Ensure appropriate credit control measures to prevent credit risks and recover old dues

Budgeting and Reporting:

* Responsible for comprehensive Overhead and Capital expenditure budgeting with full detailing and zero-based approach.

* Periodic and detailed review of Budget vs Actual expenses and effectively reporting to management.

* Coordination with group's Regional & Head Office for all reporting requirements and ensuring all timelines are met effectively.

* Coordinate with Internal and external stakeholders for various business reporting requirements.

Taxation and Legal Compliances:

* Responsible for all taxation compliances (Income Tax, VAT, Customs, etc) and all other legal compliances. Ensure Zero leakages due to non-compliances and ensuring all tax saving opportunities are utilized.

* Timely and Accurate filing of returns, payments and handling all assessments / demands / notices.

* Coordinating and maintaining cordial relationship with Tax and other government authorities.

* Regularly updating all changes in Taxation & other laws of land and ensuring timely implementation of all changes.

Ensuing 100% compliance to all Secretarial requirements.

* Responsible for implementing various policies, procedures and internal controls as may be required for business growth and improvement.

* Ensuring closure of all Internal audit observations effectively and on time. Design and Implementation of Preventive Actions to avoid relapses and keeping strong controls on process leakages.

* Coordinating with statutory auditors for all areas related to certification of financial statements and allied work.

* Ensuring effective 5S across all the areas of responsibilities to avoid any surprise during any internal and external audits.

* Devising and executing controls ensuring ownership, safety and security of all assets (Fixed as well as Current) of the company.
