As part of this journey, the organisation is looking to hire a high-potential professional for the CEO's Office to work closely with the CEO on strategic priorities, business transformation, growth initiatives, and cross-functional execution.

Job Description

  • Driving strategic projects across growth, business expansion, and operational excellence.
  • Working directly with the CEO and leadership team on critical business priorities.
  • Tracking business performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement and acceleration.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5 years of experience in Management Consulting (MBB preferred), Strategy, CEO's Office, Founder's Office, Business Transformation, or Chief of Staff roles.
  • Experience within Financial Services, FinTech, Lending, Payments, Banking, or related sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience driving strategic and growth-focused initiatives.
