The hiring company is a fast-growing fintech focused on Earned Wage Access (EWA) and salary advance solutions for India's blue- and grey-collar workforce. The company enables salaried employees to access their earned wages on demand, reducing reliance on informal credit and improving financial well-being.

Built with deep integrations into workforce aggregators, employers, and lending partners, it operates at the intersection of payroll, digital lending, and embedded finance, and is now scaling rapidly through enterprise partnerships across India.

Job Description

The Successful Applicant

  • Professionals currently or formerly with Refyne, FatakPay, EarlySalary, SalaryDost, Branch, Avail Finance, NiYo, or Jupiter.
  • Strategic thinkers with entrepreneurial agility and the ability to "roll up their sleeves" in an early-stage setup.
  • Strong fintech network with NBFCs, lenders, and enterprise clients.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven record of scaling fintech products, managing teams, and delivering business outcomes in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
  • 15+ years of total experience, with at least 5+ years in fintech or financial services leadership.
  • Experience in Earned Wage Access, Digital Lending, Payroll Tech, or HRMS-integrated fintech strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of sales-led growth, scaling user base and revenue.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, and digital lending guidelines.
  • Exposure to automation, and digital process transformation in financial products is desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
