Job Description

  • Develop and implement the organisation's strategic goals.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate is a seasoned business leader from the manufacturing sector, preferably from industries such as:

  • Chemicals
  • Agrochemicals
  • Cement
  • Textiles



Preferred Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • 20+ years of progressive leadership experience with at least 8-10 years in a P&L leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale manufacturing operations and driving profitable growth.
  • Strong experience in strategy formulation, business transformation, operational excellence, and stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with expertise in revenue growth, cost management, and capital deployment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
