Job Description

· Take end-to-end ownership of assigned enterprise applications (infor), including user requirements, documentation, vendor execution, testing, implementation, support, and post-implementation stability.

· Independently manage application vendors/consultants, drive issue closure, track deliverables, escalate delays, and ensure solutions are delivered as per business requirements.

· Critically evaluate change requests by assessing business need, process impact, cost, implementation risk, user impact, and long-term system implications before recommending approval.

· Manage application-related projects and CRs from requirement gathering to go-live, including timelines, dependencies, stakeholder follow-up, UAT, sign-offs, and post-go-live closure.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Application Manager should have:

· 4-8 years of experience in ERP, CRM, PLM, or enterprise application management/support.

· Experience in manufacturing, chemicals, flavours/fragrances, food, pharma, or similar process industries preferred.

· Strong understanding of business processes across sales, purchase, inventory, production, quality, finance, and R&D.

· Experience managing vendors, consultants, implementation partners, support tickets, CRs, testing cycles, user sign-offs, and application project timelines.
