Job Description

  • Own and grow strategic OEM accounts across North India
  • Build CXO-level relationships across purchasing, engineering & quality teams
  • Drive RFQ lifecycle: feasibility, costing, submission, and closure
  • Lead joint venture product introductions and business wins
  • Collaborate with R&D to deliver technical solutions aligned with OEM specs
  • Execute pricing strategy, negotiations, and benchmarking
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor insights
  • Generate accurate forecasts, pipeline tracking, and CRM updates
  • Prepare leadership-level presentations for sales reviews & strategy
  • Manage crisis situations including supply and quality escalations



The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years in OEM sales/marketing within auto components
  • Proven track record with OEMs like MSIL, M&M, Tata Motors
  • Strong technical understanding of automotive systems
  • Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation capability
  • Structured thinker with strong analytics and presentation skills
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and multi-year contracts
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams (R&D, operations)
  • Hands-on with SAP/CRM tools and data-driven sales planning
