Job Description

  • Lead strategic and operational transformation engagements within the specialty chemicals sector.
  • Develop growth strategies, market entry plans and commercial excellence initiatives.
  • Drive manufacturing, procurement and supply chain optimisation programmes.
  • Deliver cost reduction, logistics improvement and operational efficiency projects.
  • Manage senior client stakeholders and programme governance.
  • Support business development and client relationship expansion activities.
  • Contribute to industry thought leadership and market insights.
  • Mentor teams and drive successful project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong experience in consulting, industry or a combination of both.
  • Demonstrated expertise in specialty chemicals or closely related sectors.
  • Background in strategy, operations excellence or transformation programmes.
  • Experience managing complex workstreams and stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving capability.
  • Ability to translate strategic recommendations into measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and client management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced qualifications advantageous.
