Job Description

  • Lead the enterprise-wide Talent Management and Learning Centre of Excellence.
  • Design and execute talent strategies aligned with long-term business objectives.
  • Build and institutionalize a Learning Academy to drive employee and leadership development.
  • Drive organization-wide employee engagement and culture transformation initiatives.
  • Lead succession planning and talent review processes across critical leadership roles.
  • Develop career frameworks, career pathing, and internal mobility programs.
  • Design and implement leadership development programs for emerging and senior leaders.
  • Partner with business leaders to build robust talent pipelines and leadership benches.
  • Establish competency frameworks, assessment methodologies, and capability-building initiatives.
  • Leverage learning technology platforms and analytics to enhance workforce development.
  • Lead a geographically distributed Talent COE team across multiple locations.
  • Drive organization effectiveness initiatives that strengthen employee experience and performance.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 15+ years of experience across Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, and Employee Engagement.
  • Proven experience leading Talent COEs within large and complex organizations.
  • Strong expertise in succession planning, leadership development, and career architecture.
  • Experience building enterprise learning ecosystems and learning academies.
  • Demonstrated success in driving culture and engagement transformation initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive influencing capabilities.
  • Experience managing geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong understanding of talent frameworks, assessments, and capability building.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship management skills.
  • Industry experience from hospitality, airlines, banking, retail, consumer, or other service-led organizations will be preferred.
