Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsStrategic role.Opportunity to design and execute the organisation's L&D strategy.About Our ClientClient is a large NBFC.Job Description· Design and execute the annual L&D strategy aligned with business growth, productivity, customer experience, risk, and compliance priorities.· Build role-based learning journeys for frontline, branch leadership, managerial, functional, and corporate cohorts.· Lead new-hire onboarding, sales and product capability, regulatory learning, manager development, and leadership programs.· Drive adoption of modern learning technologies, including LMS/LXP, mobile learning, microlearning, virtual learning, AI-enabled content creation, adaptive learning, and learning analytics.· Own strategic L&D projects through clear plans, milestones, governance, budgets, risks, vendor management, and on-time execution.· Partner with business leaders, HRBPs, Risk, Compliance, Audit, Operations, and Technology to identify capability gaps and deploy practical solutions.· Integrate learning with talent management priorities, including competency frameworks, talent reviews, succession planning, HiPo development, career pathways, and promotion readiness.· Create dashboards and measure learning effectiveness through adoption, proficiency, productivity, compliance, retention, and business impact indicators.· Build internal trainer and SME capability while ensuring consistent content quality and delivery standards across locations.The Successful Applicant· MBA / PGDM in HR, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.· 8-10 years of relevant experience, including leadership of enterprise or large-scale frontline learning programs; experience in NBFC, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or retail-led businesses preferred.· Experience in talent management, succession planning, leadership development, competency frameworks, or talent reviews preferred.· Strong knowledge of current learning technologies and their practical application in a distributed workforce environment.· Demonstrated expertise in project and program management, with strong execution discipline and stakeholder influence.· Experience in learning analytics, content strategy, vendor management, and budget governance.· Project management and/or instructional design certification will be an advantage.What's on OfferA chance to lead the Learning & Development function in a leading NBFC.Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities to work on impactful training initiatives in Mumbai.A role that supports professional growth and employee development.If you're ready to bring your expertise to this role, we welcome your application.Quote job refJN-082026-7076707Job summaryFunctionHuman ResourcesSub SectorLearning & DevelopmentWhat is your area of specialisation?Financial ServicesLocationMumbai SuburbanJob TypePermanentJob ReferenceJN-082026-7076707
