Job Description

  • Develop and execute a market strategy aligned with the firm's objectives, driving growth within the Property & Construction Practice.
  • Build, own, and expand a strong network of clients and candidates across the real estate, infrastructure, construction, and property sectors.
  • Identify, assess, and present high-caliber professionals across leadership and specialist roles within the industry.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders including CEO's, Managing Directors, CHROs, Project Directors, Development Heads, and Functional Leaders to understand and anticipate talent requirements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to organisations on growth plans, talent acquisition strategy, succession planning, and workforce needs.
  • Develop deep market expertise and establish yourself as a recognised specialist within the Property & Construction ecosystem.
  • Consistently achieve business development, client acquisition, and revenue targets.

The Successful Applicant

  • MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute preferred.
  • Strong experience in Sales, Business Development, Consulting, Recruitment, or New Business Acquisition across any industry.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders through consultative conversations.
  • Commercially driven with a passion for relationship building and business growth.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and the motivation to build a successful market practice.
