Job Description

  • Develop and execute a market growth strategy aligned with the firm's global vision, driving the expansion of the Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice.
  • Build, manage, and expand long-term relationships with clients and candidates through strategic networking, business development, and consultative engagement.
  • Identify, assess, and attract exceptional healthcare and life sciences talent, delivering best-in-class recruitment solutions.
  • Partner with senior professionals including CEO's, CHROs, Business Heads, Directors to understand current and future talent requirements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on talent strategy, organisational growth, succession planning, and workforce transformation initiatives.
  • Develop deep market expertise and establish yourself as a go-to specialist within the Healthcare & Life Sciences ecosystem.
  • Consistently deliver against revenue, business development, and client engagement goals.

The Successful Applicant

  • MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute preferred.
  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, Consulting, Recruitment, or New Business Acquisition across any industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and build lasting client partnerships.
  • Confidence in engaging with senior executives and influencing business through consultative conversations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and a passion for building networks, relationships, and businesses.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
