Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition across multiple business functions and hiring segments.
  • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and hiring strategy.
  • Develop talent pipelines for niche and business-critical skill sets.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing recruitment team.
  • Drive hiring efficiency, recruiter productivity, and candidate experience.
  • Own campus hiring and early careers programs.
  • Drive employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.
  • Leverage recruitment analytics, technology, and market intelligence to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Influence senior stakeholders through data-driven talent insights and recommendations



The Successful Applicant

  • 14+ years of Talent Acquisition experience within Healthcare Services, BPM/BPO, GCC, Shared Services, Healthcare Operations, or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale hiring mandates and leading recruitment teams.
  • Strong expertise in stakeholder management, workforce planning, and business partnering.
  • Experience in campus hiring, employer branding, and TA process transformation.
  • Strategic, data-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
