Job Description

Asset Management Lead, Manufacturing and Production, Pune

  • Monitor and optimize operational performance of renewable energy assets.
  • Analyze plant performance, availability, capacity utilization, and generation efficiency.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans to improve output and asset reliability.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize asset value and returns.
  • Monitor asset profitability, budgets, operating costs, and financial performance.
  • Develop business cases for asset improvements and investment decisions.
  • Analyze revenue performance, energy generation trends, and cost optimization opportunities.
  • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term asset planning.
