We are looking for a high-potential Area Sales Manager to drive business growth, distribution expansion, and execution excellence across a strategically important territory in Maharashtra. Job Description

  • Drive sales growth and market share across the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to improve distribution and availability.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors and key trade partners.
  • Lead territory planning, target achievement, forecasting, and business reviews.
  • Ensure excellent execution of visibility, merchandising, and promotional initiatives.
  • Monitor competitive activity and identify growth opportunities within the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer and consumer outcomes.
  • Deliver key business metrics including volume growth, numeric distribution, and profitability.



Location: Aurangabad, Maharashtra

The Successful Applicant

  • MBA from a reputed institute (Tier 1 institutes only.
  • Preferred batches: 2022 and 2023; 2021 batch may be considered for exceptional profiles.
  • Minimum 1.6 years of experience as an ASM or equivalent frontline sales leadership role.
  • Strong exposure to General Trade (GT) and channel sales within leading FMCG organizations.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales targets and driving distribution expansion.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, influencing, and team leadership capabilities.
  • Willingness to be based in or relocate to Aurangabad, Maharashtra
