Job Description

  • Manage and expand the sales network within South India to achieve regional targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share in the Automotive Industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Train, guide, and support the sales team to achieve individual and team objective

The Successful Applicant

A successful Area Sales Manager should have:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in car channel sales and dealership management, preferably within the automotive industry
  • Strong market exposure across South India, particularly Karnataka, Telangana (Hyderabad), Andhra Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyse market data and make informed decisions.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and sales activities.
