Job Description

  • Lead and scale talent acquisition strategy across multiple APAC markets.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing recruitment team.
  • Partner with senior business leaders, HR, and finance stakeholders on workforce planning and hiring decisions.
  • Drive technical recruitment across specialist technology disciplines.
  • Utilise market intelligence and hiring data to improve recruitment outcomes and talent strategies.
  • Establish talent acquisition as a strategic business partner supporting long-term growth.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10-15 years of experience in hands on talent acquisition role with minimum 5 years of experience in managing teams.
  • Proven experience leading and developing recruitment teams.
  • Strong background in technical recruitment, including complex technology hiring.
  • Experience supporting recruitment across multiple countries within APAC.
  • Credible advisor to senior stakeholders with excellent influencing skills.
  • Commercially minded with a data-driven approach to workforce planning and talent strategy.
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced environment.
