Job Description

  • Identify and engage with potential candidates using various sourcing strategies.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for the APAC region.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Screen potential candidates to match them with open roles.
  • Utilise recruitment tools and platforms to source talent effectively.
  • Track and report on sourcing activities and candidate progress.
  • Stay updated on market trends and talent availability in the FMCG sector.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in sourcing or recruitment, ideally in FMCG or related industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence using recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • An understanding of the APAC market is a bonus.
