Job Description

As an AI Solutions Delivery Specialist, you will own customer implementation and value-realisation initiatives following the commercial sale.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading onboarding and implementation programmes for enterprise customers.
  • Partnering with clients to understand business challenges and define AI-driven solutions.
  • Structuring ambiguous business problems into actionable transformation programmes.
  • Driving customer adoption and value realisation across AI products and workflows.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor during digital transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborating with consulting partners, systems integrators and customer stakeholders.
  • Identifying expansion opportunities and new use cases across customer environments.
  • Developing implementation playbooks, best practices and scalable delivery frameworks.
  • Supporting executive-level workshops, business reviews and transformation discussions.
  • Acting as the bridge between customers, product teams and commercial stakeholders.



The Successful Applicant

We're particularly interested in candidates who bring a consulting-first mindset with strong AI fluency.

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • 4-6 years of professional experience.
  • Background in Management Consulting, Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, Business Transformation or Enterprise SaaS Delivery.
  • Experience working directly with external clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-structuring and first-principles thinking ability.
  • Demonstrated exposure to AI, automation, digital transformation or process redesign initiatives.
  • Experience engaging with US, UK or other global enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build solutions from scratch.
  • Strong interest in emerging AI technologies and enterprise AI adoption.
  • Experience with Big 4 Consulting, boutique consulting firms, transformation projects, implementation consulting or AI-focused startups will be highly advantageous.
