This role will design, build and scale an enterprise-grade AI agent that reasons over workforce data to deliver trusted operational and productivity insights. The successful candidate will own the full AI stack, from agent orchestration and RAG architecture to evaluation frameworks, observability and production reliability.

Job Description

  • Lead the architecture and development of a next-generation enterprise AI agent.
  • Design multi-agent workflows with orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph or CrewAI.
  • Build end-to-end agent pipelines spanning prompting, retrieval, reasoning and tool execution.
  • Develop advanced prompt engineering frameworks, structured outputs and PromptOps practices.
  • Create scalable RAG systems for enterprise telemetry, benchmarks and operational data.
  • Own vector search, embedding pipelines, retrieval quality and context-grounding strategies.
  • Establish AI evaluation frameworks, regression testing, observability and quality gates.
  • Partner with product, engineering and data science teams to deliver trusted AI capabilities.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 3 to 5 years of software engineering or AI product development experience.
  • At least 2 years building and deploying production-grade LLM applications.
  • Strong expertise in Python and modern AI application architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks.
  • Proven capability designing agentic systems, multi-step reasoning workflows and tool use.
  • Deep understanding of RAG, vector databases, embeddings and retrieval optimisation.
  • Demonstrated focus on reliability, evaluation, governance and production operations.
