Job Description

  • Lead and grow a team of 8-10 AI and full-stack engineers.
  • Own the architecture for agentic AI systems, RAG, orchestration, and LLM operations.
  • Drive development of AI-powered products and the enterprise intelligence layer.
  • Make key technical decisions on models, frameworks, routing, and evaluations.
  • Establish AI-native engineering practices including evaluation-driven development.
  • Define quality, governance, observability, and release standards for production AI.
  • Partner with product, data science, and engineering leaders to deliver roadmap outcomes.
  • Champion rapid experimentation, continuous learning, and high-velocity execution.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 6-10 years' experience in software and AI engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years leading and developing teams.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with production-grade LLM and agentic AI systems.
  • Deep knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, RAG, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong Python skills with solid understanding of modern application architectures.
  • Proven track record of shipping reliable AI products into production environments.
  • Demonstrated bias for action, experimentation, innovation, and technical leadership.
