Job Description

  • Define and drive the AI technology roadmap and architecture
  • Build and scale GenAI, RAG, and multi-agent AI solutions.
  • Establish AI evaluation, governance, and quality standards.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of AI products from prototype to production.
  • Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver business value.
  • Mentor, review, and grow a high-performing AI engineering team

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A strong background in AI and machine learning.
  • Experience in analytics and data-driven projects.
  • Confidence with programming languages like Python or R.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and AI tools.
  • Leadership skills to manage and guide a team effectively.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
