About Our Client

A manufacturing MNC based in Halol, Gujarat.

Job Description

· Play a key role in end-to-end Fixed Assets management of the Company with good size of Asset base

· Creating SOP's , policies and process as per the growth need of the company

· Support and maintain systems used for financial reporting and make necessary upgrades as per requirement of the management

· Support in closure of various Internal & External Audits related to FA (Statutory, Tax ITGC/IFC Controls, etc.) as per requirement.

· Implement standardization and automation of business processes, where applicable.Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for Monthly Reporting/Financial Closings as per the defined deadlines

o CWIP clearance - ageing

o Depreciation runs

Deliver ongoing tracking, reporting and assessment of the Function's performance

o Budgeted New Investment

o Project evaluation

o Tracking of actuals (PR's - PO - booking etc)

o Cash flow requirement planning basis project plan

Review / implement Control processes to minimize business risk to the Company

o Assets tagging

o Physical Stock Count with Operations/SCM/Purchases/ IT/ relevant Teams

o Provide reports, analysis, presentations for Finance & Functional leaderships with improvement plans

· Support and implement continuous improvement ideas and innovation to enhance the cost efficiency and effectiveness of process/tools

· Support any urgent / unplanned request for special project / Business cases

The Successful Applicant

Skills/Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline required

· Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration preferred

· 14+ Years of relevant Accounting/Finance experience in manufacturing set-up is a must

  • Significant experience managing a large base of fixed assets will be preferred



· Previous experience in a fast paced, manufacturing environment is required

· Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills

· Ability to meet tight, multiple deadlines and handle various projects and tasks.

· Strong systems and data management skills required

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel and PowerPoint.

· SAP experience must
