The role spans compensation design, incentives, benefits, and global mobility, enabling scalable rewards frameworks for global expansion. It partners closely with leadership to drive competitive and compliant people practices across geographies.

Job Description

  • Design and implement multi-country compensation structures (grading, bands, pay positioning)
  • Lead STI/LTI design for international leadership teams
  • Drive benefits strategy (harmonization vs localization across markets)
  • Own global mobility & expat frameworks (inbound/outbound structuring)
  • Ensure governance & compliance across diverse regulatory environments
  • Partner with business and regional HR to enable scalable global rewards models



The Successful Applicant

  • 12-18 years in Total Rewards / C&B
  • Strong experience across multiple geographies (ASEAN/Africa preferred)
  • Hands-on with benchmarking tools (Mercer, WTW, Aon, Radford)
  • Experience in STI/LTI design + global mobility
  • Background in Auto / Manufacturing / Industrial
