Job Description

Build and implement AI governance and compliance frameworks.

Drive responsible AI, ethics, transparency and accountability programs.

Lead enterprise AI adoption and change management initiatives.

Facilitate executive and client AI readiness workshops.

Establish KPIs for AI adoption, ROI and risk management.

The Successful Applicant

12+ years in consulting, digital transformation or change management.

Experience in AI governance, AI ethics or advanced analytics.

Strong understanding of GenAI, LLMs and agentic AI ecosystems.

Proven executive stakeholder engagement and workshop leadership.

Expertise in change management methodologies such as ADKAR or Kotter
