The client is one of the leading consulting organisations globally. They work across multiple domains and at present are looking to hire an operations expert to manage internal operations for the organisation

Job Description

The key responsibilities are -

  • Own end-to-end execution of core operations (KPIs, contracting, HRMS, compliance, invoicing) with strong governance and controls.
  • Ensure consistent delivery quality by driving accountability, standardization, and automation across processes.
  • Lead performance management through KPI tracking, dashboards, and actionable, leadership-ready insights.
  • Leverage data, automation, and GenAI tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time.
  • Act as the central integration point for stakeholders, managing cross-functional dependencies and driving timely outcomes.
  • Strengthen risk, quality, and governance frameworks by proactively identifying issues and minimizing compliance risks.



The Successful Applicant

A successful AD Operations professional should have:

  • Holds a postgraduate degree with ~12-15 years of experience in operations, business management, or enterprise support roles.
  • Demonstrates strong ability to manage scale, complexity, and organizational change while maintaining execution discipline.
  • Ability to manage dashboards and create same to track KPIs and execution of business
  • Proven track record of improving governance, quality, and efficiency through process optimization and automation.
  • Brings strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership.
  • Possesses a structured, execution-focused mindset with experience in driving operational excellence.
  • Capable of handling high-responsibility roles requiring ownership, consistency, and cross-functional coordination.
