The Account Manager - Capital Markets will be responsible for driving significant growth within existing client accounts through strategic account management, cross-selling, upselling, and expansion across multiple business units and service lines. The role requires building trusted CXO-level relationships, aligning delivery with business outcomes, and positioning the organization as a long-term transformation partner within the Capital Markets sector.

Job Description

  • Own end-to-end revenue growth across assigned Capital Markets accounts.
  • Drive 40%+ YoY account growth through cross-sell, upsell, and expansion initiatives.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to client business priorities and transformation programs.
  • Expand relationships across business units, technology teams, and executive stakeholders.
  • Identify white-space opportunities and build multi-service-line penetration across accounts.
  • Promote and scale offerings including AI-led Test Automation, Continuous Testing, Observability, SRE, Cloud, and GenAI solutions.
  • Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, technology leaders, and business stakeholders.
  • Lead executive governance forums, QBRs, and strategic reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes and continuous value realization.
  • Drive demand generation workshops, account mapping exercises, and stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, improve win rates, and deliver forecast accuracy.
  • Identify and close large expansion opportunities, including multi-million-dollar engagements.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-15 years of experience in IT services account management, client partner, or strategic account leadership roles.
  • Strong domain expertise in Capital Markets, including areas such as trading, risk management, investment banking, or market infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated success in driving account growth, revenue expansion, and large deal closures within existing accounts.
  • Experience selling and positioning quality engineering, testing, observability, cloud, AI, GenAI, or digital transformation services.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, and business executives.
  • Strong commercial acumen with expertise in account planning, stakeholder management, and pipeline development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong execution and delivery alignment capabilities.
