We are seeking an Account Executive (BFSI) to drive new enterprise customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role focuses on selling to BFSI and regulated enterprises, managing complex sales cycles, and delivering consultative solutions tailored to risk, fraud, and compliance needs.

Job Description



  • Drive new enterprise BFSI customer acquisition through consultative, solution-oriented selling.


  • Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure and onboarding coordination.


  • Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and present tailored solutions.


  • Build strong relationships with partners and internal teams to ensure customer success.


  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.


  • Track market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive insights to strengthen sales positioning.


  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, forecasting, and performance metrics.



The Successful Applicant



  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in BFSI, fintech, regtech, or SaaS.


  • Strong track record of closing new enterprise deals end-to-end.


  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.


  • Strategic, data-driven, and execution-focused mindset.


  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
