Job Description

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology leaders on digital transformation strategies.
  • Facilitate discovery and ideation workshops to identify opportunities for process improvement and business value creation.
  • Partner with customer stakeholders and internal delivery teams to ensure alignment on business objectives, solution design, implementation, and adoption.
  • Lead large-scale, multi-year transformation programmes across complex enterprise environments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, including C-suite stakeholders.
  • Drive customer success through governance, business reviews, and executive presentations.
  • Identify account expansion opportunities and support broader adoption of technology solutions.
  • Manage programme risks, timelines, stakeholder expectations, and change management activities.
  • Represent the organisation in leadership forums and strategic customer engagements.

The Successful Applicant

  • 14-18 years of overall professional experience, including significant exposure to enterprise client management, consulting, or digital transformation leadership.
  • Prior experience working with US-based stakeholders or managing global enterprise accounts.
  • Background within a Big 4 or leading consulting/advisory organisation is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to influence and engage senior executive and C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong workshop facilitation, executive communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience in business process transformation, requirements gathering, and business-technology alignment.
  • Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms such as Power Apps, Mendix, OutSystems, or similar solutions is advantageous.
  • Track record of managing complex enterprise accounts within sectors such as FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, or related industries.
  • Experience in technology programme or project management would be beneficial.
  • MBA or postgraduate qualification in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Open to supporting US stakeholders, with flexibility to work in overlapping US business hours.
