Job Description

  • Develop customer segmentation, churn, CLTV, and propensity models
  • Design and deploy machine learning solutions on Azure/GCP
  • Generate actionable insights for growth, retention, and loyalty
  • Partner with commercial and marketing teams to solve business problems
  • Lead analytics initiatives and mentor junior team members

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning
  • Expertise in Python, SQL, predictive analytics, and statistics
  • Hands-on experience with Azure/GCP cloud ecosystems
  • Strong exposure to customer analytics and lifecycle management
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
