Job Description

  • Develop customer analytics solutions including churn, loyalty and CLTV models
  • Build and deploy machine learning models on Azure and/or GCP platforms
  • Create scalable data pipelines and analytics workflows
  • Partner with business stakeholders to solve strategic commercial challenges
  • Lead analytical initiatives and mentor junior team members

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-6 years of Data Science and Machine Learning experience
  • Strong expertise in Python, SQL, predictive modeling and statistics
  • Experience with Azure, GCP, Databricks, Azure ML, BigQuery or Vertex AI
  • Strong stakeholder management and business communication skills
  • Proven track record delivering measurable business outcomes
